How to make everyday sick if you’re literally sick or unwell?

Calling a friend that makes you chuckle.
Having a sweet treat (just a piece of chocolate, don’t mind)
Buying something that would start a new activity that you’ve always wanted to get into so you can look forward to something post-sickness
Doing small things that give you a sense of achievement (make your bed, clean your room)
Get yourself in nice clothes and make yourself ready to feel good. Go outside, touch grass, feel the sunlight.
Plan a small day trip to somewhere fun nearby to get excited about an adventure. Lakes are always fun to see
Write a fictional story. Make it up and make it as funny or absurd as possible.
